The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) Program has issued its second call for applications for 2015. Applications are due at 5 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. The SCGSR program provides supplemental awards to outstanding U.S. graduate students to conduct part of their graduate thesis research at a DOE national laboratory, such as Argonne, in collaboration with a DOE laboratory scientist for a period of three to 12 consecutive months.
