Accompanying Minister Carr were Rachel Stephen-Smith, Minister-Counsellor for Innovation, Industry, Science & Research; Mark I. Paterson, Department Secretary/CEO for Innovation, Industry, Science & Research; Stanley G. Anson, Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of the Senator Hon.
